So I'm going to share my recipe for y'all because we just had the best fried catfish.

Some of the best fried catfish I've ever had. Certainly the best I've ever cooked.

Yeah, I'm pretty good on fried venison and turkey breast, all that kind.

But catfish, you know, because there's a lot of everybody likes there's different.

My group likes there's crunchy, smaller pieces, you know, and cooked well and all that.
