Hi, welcome back. I'm hoping that we're building a following for The

Fist Full of Dirt Podcast because Lauren has educated me into the world of Podcast.

Now I knew what one was.

There's a, and there's some good ones out there.

I subscribe to some, but I have to say, after listening to the finished finished product this one's a little different

thanks to you lorrine thanks I'm trying it's more of a conversation than it is somebody

hocking a book or whatever it is and we enjoy that part.

Yeah, I think that's why people like it.

It's you're not selling them something you're just hanging out with somebody.

It's like I say it's brought to you by Maseoke properties and I'm assuming everybody thought every episode would be about land and how to buy land, how to find land, and we're going to do that.

Matter of fact, I got a couple of people lined up

in the next two or three episodes

that are going to talk a lot about that.

But every once in a while you come across a gym that's available.

We're certainly going to interview one tonight. When we first

started doing hunting the country it was on T&N, the Nashville Network and that's way

way before some of you people were even probably born.
