about who you are, what you do, why you're so good at it.

Hi, Scott, well, first of all, thanks for having me on.

I'm a personal trainer, speaker and author,

as you said, based in Aberdeen.

Why I'm so good at it is, that's your words, but I would say, first of all, I don't try to be anything other than a real human being. I see a lot of

people in the industry who, you know, set themselves out with some sort of perfect person, perfect guru who

does everything right. That's not my approach. I'm a real human with real struggles of my own.

I think everybody struggles with something. So I don't try to be anything other than that.

I feel one of my big strengths is my commitment to growth and learning. I'm not afraid

to change my approach if I learn a better way of doing something. And I'm always seeking out the
