Hey everybody. Thank you for tuning in to another episode of Fresh Fruit provided by marketing fruit. I'm your host, Julian Kelly, back with another day in Paradise. And today we'll be focusing our attention on conversational marketing and buyer personas.

And when you use those infomercials as an example, and I think you guys all know which ones I'm talking about, you know, you fall asleep fall asleep with the TV on you wake up it's 3 o'clock in the morning you

see nothing but a phone number at the bottom of the screen you have people on

the screen that are that are giving you all the unique features of the product

and they're encouraging you to buy sooner rather than later because you have the

space in your area. Now a lot of times when you guys already are speaking same language, if

to check out rather than calling them on the phone, they'll have a chat bot during their closed
