I played my interview with Lau May, who is a death row prisoner in North Carolina.

Just an absolutely incredible story, an incredible guy.

Just, I mean, the takeaway is just on a human level, how someone can be in that position

and turn such a trauma into a positive outcome, into having drive and motivation, waking up every day. In the one part of the interview,

we talked about, because there's so much he does, he does criminal justice reform work. He does

interviews, like obviously he did my interview. Then he had one. I think, I forget, I want to say

he said Columbia law. He was also going to be doing an

interview with. But also, hey, he writes books. He's written three books. He was working on another

one. So he's all these tasks that he's knocking out. And he's talking about how he keeps track by
