Shelly Verstrait to talk through both sides of the hottest fantasy baseball debates right now with some of the greatest

minds in the industry.

And we have a treat for you all this week because it's been a weird year for top prospects

with some getting off to slower starts, some really excelling.

And we have a great guest to talk through all things prospects with.

So I'll probably moderate a bit more today and just

let Shelley and our guest hash out some of these prospect debates. But how are you thinking about

the rookies on your teams as we settle into August, Shelly? I am happy that I did not drop Jackson

Jerio. I benched him for, you know, like the first like month, month and a half. But I'm glad I have him on my team.

And, you know, I'm glad I didn't pay up for other prospects. But yeah, it's been a very interesting

time with, you know, random guys coming up and doing well and then some not doing well. It's

been, it's been an interesting year.

It has been. And there's been some funky paths to development this year, too.

We have a bunch of rookies who came over from playing professional ball overseas.

We have rookies who like just bypass the minor leagues altogether, right?

Like you've got Paul Skeens is like, I'm going to throw seven innings, and then I'm going to be in AAA,

and now I'm going to be the best pitcher in the major leagues.

And that's just a wild thing to have developed.

I don't think I've seen anything like that in my time watching the sport.

So lots of good stuff to jump into today.
