Summary

On today's show veteran federal investigator John Snedden joins the show. Snedden was was the federal investigator tasked with investigating former Penn State President Graham Spanier and his role in the alleged "Penn State - Sandusky cover-up." This investigation was commissioned as a part of a review into the renewal of Spanier's top secret security clearance.  In Snedden's federal report he concluded that there was no cover-up and that no crime occurred! Mainstream media has conveniently pretended that this never happened! During this episode of Felony Friday Snedden shines a light on the extreme corruption in the Pennsylvania justice system that allowed these illegal and unconstitutional legal maneuvers to go on unchecked.  John Snedden's appearance is well timed considering the recent news that former Pennsylvania State University President Graham Spanier's conviction was just thrown out by a federal judge.  John Snedden is a Veteran NCIS Special Agent, previous "NCIS Special Agent of the Year" (General Crimes Specialty), NCIS Cold Case Squad Plank Owner and holds the distinction of having been one of the few Federal Agents to have been appointed and cross-designated as a Special Agent for the Office of Attorney General, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance). John was the recipient of the 2012 Federal Sustained Superior Performance Award. He currently works as an investigative consultant.  The entire catalog of all Felony Friday interviews related to the Jerry Sandusky/Penn State/Joe Paterno scandal can be found here.  Email Felony Friday Host John Odermatt Learn more about your ad choices.
