All right, we're live. Welcome to a new segment on the Hunt Backcountry podcast called Final Friday.

So if you're a long time listener of the podcast, then you're probably familiar with their Monday Minute series that Mark and Steve do where they answer listener questions and keep it semi informal.

Well, this is a more informal and focused on behind the scenes of what's going on here at XO.

So for those who listen frequently, it's more than likely that you've heard my voice before

as I've been on a guest only a couple times on the podcast.

But let me do a quick and easy intro.

So my name is Jake Havlicek.

I've been with Exo since I was 17.

I started building Paxx over the summer after my junior year of high school,

which then led to working part-time throughout my senior year.

So then into my college years, I took on more responsibilities, but still was part-time.

So in January of 21, I actually took a full-time position here at Excel

and now run the customer service and social media while also pursuing my education

part time. But now I'm also officially the host of Final Friday series. We're at the end of each

month on the last Friday. We discuss and focus on the behind the scenes of XO and what's going on

in our day-to-day lives. So obviously this podcast is being uploaded on the first

Friday of March, which is because the idea of this podcast didn't happen until a few days ago.

So after you're done listening to this episode, we'd love to hear your feedback and thoughts
