Jake and Jimmy discuss Caitlin Clark’s body language potentially rubbing people the wrong way because of how much she expects from herself and her teammates. Finally, they get into a debate that they want Tony East’s opinion on in the second segment.  

(26:21-42:48) – Tony East from Sports Illustrated, Locked On Pacers, Forbes Sports, and The Next Hoops joins Jake & Jimmy to assess where things are at right now with the Indiana Fever, breaks down the way the Fever bench players played last night compared to the starters, weighs in on the debate from segment one on if the adjustment for Caitlin Clark to her teammates or her teammates adjusting to her, and tried to make sense what the Indiana Pacers can do in the NBA Draft with three second-round draft picks.

(42:48-50:44) – Hour one concludes with Jake and Jimmy discussing why Zach Edey would be a perfect fit with the Indiana Pacers. Additionally, they discuss what they believe the future of the two-time All-American is in the NBA.

(50:44-1:16:28) – ESPN.com’s Stephen Holder joins Query & Company to recap some of the storylines from mandatory minicamp that didn’t receive a lot of talking, assesses the playing time for Laiatu Latu in the early portion of the schedule, evaluates when then Colts could add a player in the secondary, and agrees with Jimmy that Julian Blackmon could be one of the most important Colts just because of the lack of talent/experience in the secondary.

(1:16:28-1:30:29) – Jake and Jimmy come back from break and continue to make fun of Eddie for selecting the Miami Marlins in their MLB beer bet. This leads to a conversation between the three of them as to whether who has the most fans in the state between the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox, and St. Louis Cardinals.

(1:30:29-2:05:37) – John Fanta from Fox Sports joins Jake & Jimmy to share his thoughts on how things played out with Dan Hurley and the Los Angeles Lakers, questions what to actually believe about the situation because ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and The Athletic’s Shams Charania are reporting two completely different stories, states that if an east coast team came calling then there is a legitimate chance he would be more open to moving on from UConn, and explains the financial impact Hurley returning has on the Big East with the conference in a TV rights negotiations.
