Josh, I can tell you are eager to let the world know about

Fest NYC. I would never miss an opportunity to talk over you when I can. I will say rooftop does

make it sound like we're holding this like on the roof of the brownstone I live in in Brooklyn.

It is like a, the venue is like this kind of like, it's almost like a complex.

And they have, they have this sort of indoor space where, whether there's a bar and there's

TVs and sort of across the hall from that is an indoor soccer pitch.
