0:00.0	Hey everyone, Dr. Josh Axe here. On today's episode, I'll be breaking down a video on how fertility
0:06.5	rates are plummeting across the globe and in the United States. And I want you to watch this
0:13.0	about 60 to 90 second video with me. And then I'm going to go through why they're dropping and what we can
0:19.1	all do about it. This is a map on fertility rates state by state in 2005.
0:23.7	Most states around the country had a pretty significantly high fertility rate, at least
0:28.7	compared to now, change that map to the year 2021.
0:33.2	And it is a shockingly different picture.
0:36.6	The entire country significantly declining since 2005.
0:40.6	In the grander scheme of things,
0:42.2	the United States of America today is at an all time low fertility rate.
0:46.5	And 43 states across our country in 2020 recorded their lowest rate in more than three decades. As a result, total population growth in the
0:56.1	United States actually hit an all time low in 2021. And now up to one in every four pregnancies
1:02.6	are estimated to be ending in miscarriages. Why is no one talking about this? Why is no one
