We know that there is a fertility crisis that's really global, but it affects the United States, as much as it does anyone else.

In the United States, we also have a housing crisis. It's usually called an affordability crisis.

You just can't afford to buy the house that you need. It's not always about the house you want. It's about the

house that you need for your family, having enough room. And as it turns out, people who are

building the affordable housing are building it for people who don't have families. Why is that?

apartments and housing. Lyman Stone, he's a PhD candidate in population dynamics at McGill University,

Director of Research for Demographic Intelligence, Senior Fellow and Director of the Pranatalism

Initiative at the Institute for Family Studies, and he's co-author of a recent
