Thanks for having me. I'm very good. Excited to be here. Good, good. Well, stats expert. Come on, mate. What's the stat of the season so far? The stat of the season? So it would literally be my, I would be failing in my job. I didn't insist there were hundreds of these. So I have to mention a couple. one of my favourite over the season has been Tottenham's amazing attacking stats against Man City.

In the fixture, they obviously took four points when unbeaten, despite having six shots to

cities 49, 16 touches in the box to cities 104, and an XG.

I'm allowed to say that.

it's a stats podcast to uh to uh city six so um yeah big big fan on that was a marino master

class wasn't it that one absolutely um another close call um probably was my favorite stat the season but it's not

currently accurate so i didn't feel i feel I'd go with it for this.

But a couple of weeks ago, when Liverpool had their game in hand, Liverpool's lead over Man United went above Man United in the table.

Think about that.

Hang on.

That's mind-blowing.

Hang on, let's just say that again.

Liverpool's lead over Man United went above Man United in the table. That's incredible, isn't it? I love it. I love it. And so, now three points behind, all to play for over the final week's season could be a close run thing. Well, actually, I'll just jump in because me and Nick were scratching around really.

I got to say Matt last night, trying to think of what our stats of the season were.

Don't have them all to hand just like you do.

Certainly don't have a hundred.

But actually I picked out a similar one which at the start of this month, start February,

the gap between first and second in the Premier League was the same as the gap between first and 20th in the championship.

And I thought, wow, that, I mean, not only does that sort of show the dominance of Liverpool this season

and how they've been so far ahead of everyone else, but also just shows the bonkers nature of the championship where everyone can beat everyone.
