Welcome, everyone. This is Shelby Gallagher over here at Prepping 2.0.

And I'm not joined by my co-host on the show and co-host in life, Glenn Tate.

But that's okay. He's out and about doing things and

slaying dragons and, you know, conquering the world. So it's all all good. So one topic I have a

love for is fermenting. And we've had we, when I say we, I mean fermenting and myself,

we've had a complicated relationship. And sometimes we've been on timeouts

and right now we are back together again. And what I've discovered in all of this are there's a

whole slew of new technologies and tools out there that can really give all of us confidence

and fermenting. But as always, remember, the only thing harder than

planning for a disaster is explaining why you didn't. I hope you've all taken a moment to jump

folks over there that help us keep the lights on, and one of them is survival garden seats. I have really enjoyed really digging into them this spring and using a lot of them,

especially this time of year when it's still kind of chilly outside. I've definitely

dug into some of their broccoli and cabbages, which are kind of chilly weather sorts of crops

and getting into those.
