| 0:41.4 | yourself. Ask any brewer what the most important component to consistently producing great tasting, |
| 0:56.5 | well attenuated beer with no off flavors is and a good majority will likely put fermentation |

| 1:03.4 | It's commonly accepted that when fermenting with ale yeast strains, |
| 1:06.1 | the temperature ought to be somewhere in the 68 degree Fahrenheit |
| 1:09.3 | or 20 degree Celsius range. |
| 1:10.9 | Anything warmer and you're bound to get an esterly mess, while too cool of attempt can lead |
| 1:14.8 | to off flavors as well as poor attenuation. |
| 1:18.1 | But that's not the case with a new type of yeast that's been making waves recently. |
