Sunnyvale Police are trying to figure out how a Google engineer ended up dead in San Francisco Bay.

It's a tranquil setting here along the bay trail that stretches through mountain view in Sunnyvale. But that sense of peace was interrupted last Thursday when a passerby saw a naked body of a woman floating in the water.

The boyfriend becomes the first suspect whether they're guilty or not. Explain why that is. Some people think it's unfair. I don't.
