little tired this morning just simply because these games are unbelievable last night and uh the mec game

in particular they're down six one as you you know pointed out and they fought back but they do have

some major pitching problems this is three starting pitchers that were at the beginning of the season

did really really well and one of the reasons why they got off to a great start and now we find

our third pitcher who is a starter hitting the brick wall.

And I mean, hitting it.

And now he wasn't helped by Juan Soto out and left, right field.

But nonetheless, I mean, it's just, it's hard to watch.

It really is hard to watch.

And whether it be Manaya, whether it be him, whether it be

Kodai Senga, these three guys that we were counting on and still most likely are going to

count on at some point if they continue to win here. I mean, it doesn't give you a lot of confidence

about, you know, moving forward. But thank God they have these three young pitchers that we have

no idea what to expect in the biggest of games in their young careers if, in fact, they get there.

I mean, last night was just one of those bizarre baseball nights for both teams that actually worked out really, really well.

And, you know, the Yankees went or tie on a wild pitch, for God's sake.

And then, of course, Caballero comes through. And you talk about a trade that's actually

made a difference for the Yankees. That trade and the McMahon trade, those two trades have been

huge for them. And I would just say that the Yankees still have their eyes on the AL East.

They are ascending right now.

Their schedule led us to believe that they should be ascending at this point in time.

And the Mets now all of a sudden are back in a lead for that third wildcard.
