is looking like he's gearing towards returning to the ice just two nights, or is it three nights, technically here, after breaking his jaw in game four in St. Louis.

So he was out on the ice this morning for a morning skate.

He was wearing a contraption around his face with no face shield but a again how do I describe this the plastic

slash plexia of whatever that is going around his chin and so he has his chin protected he has his

eyes and nose still open and he skated this morning he was unable to speak according to nchlpr he was unable to speak, according to NHLPR.

He was unable to speak.

So he did allow a pool reporter to ask him questions, which he responded to by writing down his responses.

That is awesome.

And he wrote at this time of the playoffs, everyone has injuries, and there are challenges that you have to overcome to play.

I'm no different than any player on either team.

And then I think he was asked, do you worry about suffering further injury?

He said you don't think about it.

You think about playing.

You don't go into a game thinking you might get hurt.
