To me, I'm a no-one trading Andrew Ben in 10 because I think he's a chance to be the next Raffy Devers.

A lot of folks were down on Devers last year.

You had Devers hit last year, Mass? I'm going to guess it was like 240. 240 on the button. Very good. 2.40. So last year this deal comes along, you all would have been willing to put Rafi Devers in that package for the equivalent of Edwin Diaz. But you don't, you just don't give up on talent like that for two or three years.

That's my point.

So, like, I'm not saying Ben Attendee's untouchable, untouchable, but he's pretty close.

And so to me, that's why I don't do it.

I mean, you just stick with Devers and the talent comes through and he has a breakthrough season and now you got, you know, which I think is a foundational guy. I think Benettoni could be that guy. I do. So look again, I told you, Benetton, he's still got room for growth. I question the power with him. I have since day one. I just, you know, Devers to me, Devers' power is real. It was real from the day he got here and he hit that home run in Seattle. But I, that all aside, Ben Attendee's not untouchable to me, but I'm not, I'm not going to trade him for a reliever. Like, I see, I don't see where that is inconsistent. Just because I don't love the player, I'm going to give him away.

I'm still going to submit and say for the fifth time, just to put it on the record,

you just saying a reliever is just such a, it's so fraudulent.

You've been calling this guy a closer for days, a fireballing closer, and now he's a reliever.

Like you diminish him just by the title you give him. Correct. He's doing it on purpose. That's a game that you're playing. Okay. So I just want that established up until today, you called him a closer. So that's different than just saying a reliever. Okay. You have told me in the past that you can find closers anywhere. Well, this is true, but you need one. Yeah, you do. Yep. So you should overpay for it? I don't think you should overpay for it. I'm not, see, again, I'm arguing both sides of the fence to get to draw you out. So I'm confusing myself a little bit. No, you're being inconsistent. I'm not trading Andrew Benintendi for anything, just about. I'm not trading him for anything. In the Red Sox spot, now I think it's situational. What I overpay for it, if I'm a team that's built to win now, and I'm in the middle of my run, and I'm sort of at the bullseye of my window. Yeah, I might.

I mean, the Red Sox are in the kind of spot where you would,

where you don't have a system, you've built to win now,

you're right in the middle of the run,

you're contending again for another championship,

and here you are.

That's the team that should overpay, don't you think?
