Hour number three, Felger and Maz presented by Draft Kings. Do you want to get to some baseball stuff this hour, but to your phones here, as promised. Here's Mike and Providence on the Anthem stuff. Go ahead, Mike. Hey, I love all three of you guys, first of all. Listen, what's up with Jerry and his players? What's he going to do? Because, you know, Zeke is definitely going to kneel. So what's going to happen there, boys? I don't know. I'm not sure. I'm not sure how much Jerry Jones has evolved in the last three years. I would guess not. It's taken me this long to realize that horror lives matter. I don't think. I just don't think that he's, I'm sorry, I don't, I don't know, I don't know what he's going to do. I think he's going to be in cahoots with the league and they're going to manage the message. They're going to manage that production of the kneeling. They're going to show it, but they're going to show it on their terms. and they're going to try and appease the players, which they have to do and they should do,

especially after Goodell basically tacitly, you know, encouraged them and supported them in their protests and encouraged their right to silently protest. So you can't do that and then edit them out of the game broadcast, you know, the following season when they take a knee. So they're going to have to show it. But how do they show it? Is there a way to show it that puts the league in a better light or sort of blunts the negative imagery that, you know, again, that the league would be trying to get out in front of? I think, you know, I think this is just a year to allow it to happen. If you're the league, no one's going to be in the building.

Here's Tom in Boston on our Julian Edelman conversation. Hi, Tom. Yes, hi. I just keep listening to you guys talk about Julian Edelman Hall of Fame. You know how many Pro Bowl Julian Edelman's been to? Jeez, is it one or zero? Zero. You know how many Hall of Famers in the modern era have been to the Pro Bowl, have not been to the Pro Bowl and made the Hall of Fame? How many? Zero. Zero. Wow. Yeah, so, I mean... If you want to base it, I'm sorry, but if you want to base it on postseason that everybody likes to talk about, you guys don't think Eli Manning should be in. Eli Manning went to four pro bowls and two to below MVP. Yeah, I don't love me. Yeah, me too. Don't let me in there. And don't want me in with any of these guys. I don't think anyone should be in the Hall of Fame. I mean, honestly, my Hall of Fame are the size of a broom closet. So the Felger Hall of Fame, hell no, Edelman's not in there. No way. Not even close. I say no one at him. I love Edelman, but I say no. But I'm talking about the way these voters vote. Everyone gets a trophy. And the, he won't get in. I mean, that's a tough position for if you look at that Hall of Fame. There's guys that if you just look at their numbers, Sterling Sharp is one. Drew Pearson from, you know, before.

I think that should be in. So as much as I like Edelman for his postseason record alone, I would put him in, but he's not going to get in. But what happens in that Hall of Fame is that the Rings ultimately went out. I mean, look at all the Pittsburgh Steelers in there.

I think Lynn Swan averaged less than two catches a game in his career,

something like that. like, you know, but he won and had some prolific games in the biggest game going. And generally, that sort of wins out. So look, I mean, Edelman's not in my Hall of Fame. I love him as a player. I love everything about him as a player. I love his game. I just my Hall of Fames are really selective. I'm just telling you based on the way voting goes and

what tends everything about him as a player. I love his game. I just, my Hall of Fames are really selective.
