Quick thought on each year to begin the show, and then we will ping pong back and forth all day long with our wonderful callers. How should you feel about that game yesterday in Chicago if you're the Patriots? I mean, look, you survived it, but I don't know that you can play that way and really beat anybody good later on. Now, look, it's early in the year. I'm not going to kill them for it because they were up 38 to 24. And by that point, it felt like they had control the game, although by the end of it, I started to wonder again. I just think that they are overall uncharacteristically sloppy.

Uncharacteristically sloppy. Uncharacteristically sloppy is how I would put it. And so, you know, to me, and I mentioned this to you an email, and this is a big thing. Where do you think they rank in the league in turnovers? Not turnover differential. Right. Which they're in the middle of the pack. They're a plus one for the year. Well, so then they're, I mean, I feel like they've turned the ball over a ton. Okay. So they have, they rank number, tied for eighth in the league in most turnovers. Wow. A Patriots team, coached by Bill Belichick, that fumbles and throws interceptions. And again, turnover differential, middle of the pack. But for them,

even that is an indictment given the emphasis that they put on ball security and getting balls out

and all of that. I mean, that's a big thing for them. And I feel like they are sloppy with the

football. This team, this year more than any Belichick team I can remember. They turn it over.

They don't take care of the football. Now, can that change? Will it change? Probably. Because Bill will hit him over the head with it. But we're almost halfway through the year here. I mean, like, those are some badass mistakes that they're making. How do you feel about that game yesterday, Murray? It's odd and at times extremely frustrating a game as I can remember.
