This Hey, how you doing? What you doing? Hey, how you doing? Is Felger and Matt? What? On 985. Unbelievable. The Sports Hub. Christian, you just got us caught up with everything going on in the NFL. Another busy day. League year doesn't start officially until 24 hours from now, or now less than 24 hours. A lot of the quarterbacks, all those pieces have fallen into place. Kirk Cousins goes to the Minnesota Vikings. Good fit there. Teddy Bridgewater, he's going to the New York Jets. Sam Bradford goes to Arizona. Case Keenham goes to Denver. The bills last week trade, or earlier in the week, trade Tyrod Taylor to Cleveland. Seems like the bills are lusting after someone on the top of the draft.

Sounds like they're going to move up to either take Josh Rosen or Sam Donald or someone like that. Where's the love for my man, A.J. McCarran. That was a guy. That's a guy. Forget about him. That I thought, you know, would be a decent fit in Denver, maybe even with the Minnesota Vikings. This is a guy I've been bullish on because he's one of the only guys that was able to possibly pull off the improbable, and that's winning a playoff game in Cincinnati. Before Vantes Burfect didn't lose his mind, and that idiot Jeremy Hill didn't fumble against the Steelers a couple years back. Like, holy crap, AJ McCarran almost won the first game for the Cincinnati Bengals of the playoffs in like 25 years. Three-time national champion at a big program at Alabama, playing for a taskmaster like Nick Saban. Like, I think A.J. McCarran has the it factor. He just needs a chance. I'm surprised he hasn't landed anywhere. I guess. I mean, he seems like one of those sort of unproven. Let's see if we we get him. Hopefully it would be a nice, shiny, new toy type of situations with you see some time. Like, I sort of consider Jimmy Garoppolo one of those, too, at first. Just like, all right, we've seen them for five games or two games here with New England, but, you know, then the five in San Francisco, and what do we really know about him? What do we really know about AJ McCarron? I mean, it's not a whole big body of work sample to go with.

Certainly not anything that makes you, you know, sets the world on fire. But yeah, I mean, considering how QB crazy everybody is right now, McCarran's sitting there. That's surprising. Yeah, and that's, like, I've always been down on Sam Bradford because he's made out of glass. And you look at what he just got. Yeah. One year, $20 million, including $15 million guaranteed. That's, I mean, the money being thrown around in the last day or so is insane. But for Sam Bradford, one year, $20 million. And are they really going to be competitive next year? No. Of course not. No, not at all. I'm surprised he hasn't landed anywhere. But that's just a thought. It's all about Danny Amandola, though, so far. That was the news that we got breaking in the 2 o'clock hour, Danny Mandola off to the Miami Dolphins on a two-year deal, finally getting paid after taking three discounted years here with the Patriots by getting eight and a quarter guaranteed, probably

too rich for the blood of the Patriots.

2:36.3

So your thoughts on that and anything NFL related, including Tom Brady's extremely weird

2:41.1

appearance on the Colbert show last night.

2:43.7

We'll go to Warren, Portsmouth.

2:45.1

With a thought on that, here next year on Philgram, Matt.

2:47.1

Say, Warren.

2:47.9

Hey, Jim.

2:49.4

First of all, I just want to say, great job filling in and joining the show today.

2:55.5

The Brady situation last night on Kobe, I have to agree.

3:00.9

I was sitting home and I'm watching, and you paraphrased everything I was thinking.

3:06.1

Like, what's up?

3:07.3

The only comparison I can make, and, you know, it might not be a cup of tea, but think of

3:12.6

James Taylor, right?

3:15.1

When he was greasy head, right in fire and rain out of rehab, and then all of a sudden

3:21.4

he's on Prozac and got that glazed look anyway.

3:25.9

It just, it was creepy, and I love Brady like you, like best athlete, maybe of all time, respect.

3:33.2

But like you've got to say at some point, what's going on there?

3:37.5

It was just, I don't know.

3:40.1

It was very strange.
