As McDaniels came extremely close to becoming a head coach for the second time.

Last season decided to stay put in New England.

Clearly at 8 and 3 and offensively functioning well, he'll probably

get some more looks field. What are the chances that he not only gets some interest but decides

to make the move this time around? Excellent chance he gets interest and an excellent chance he gets

a job if he wants to because Josh McDaniels returned to New England obviously in a massive,

stunning move when he left that job with the Indianapolis Colts before he'd even put pen to paper. But he did so in part because the setup in New England is so ideal. He is being paid handsomely. He has an excellent role. And although there's no signs of Bill Palachek slowing up, one would think that if it happens at some point in the next three to five years, Josh and Daniels would be amongst the short list of candidates to take over what has been one of the premier franchises in sports. Well, one thing's for sure there's nobody happier on the planet right now than Frank Reich that he did not think. I mean, right. And according to everybody from Indy, you know, they're very happy with Frank, too. But there's no question that Josh is going to get another opportunity.

He'll be the number one guy on the list.

You know, I think the trend of the league is going offense now.
