They're going to, on offensive rebounds, only reset the shot clock to 14, which is what they would get on an out-of-bounds play or like a kickball or something like that. An offensive rebound is going to go to 14 instead of 24. Why? Maybe in an effort to speed the game up speed the game you don't really need that anymore
