confidence in himself and in the organization that they can convince one of these guys to stay you know the hardest thing in the NBA is getting the guy I think a lot of these teams look at this way the hardest thing's acquiring the guy so then let me ask you figure out the other part later then why don't they trade jalen brown for kai leonard last year there's the same dynamic one year uncertainty me, but it's talent. Because I think they thought they didn't need Kauai Leonard. They had enough talent.
