Felger and Mass, 985, the Sports Hub. You got a high third round pick for a guy that couldn't make your team. And I thought was a candidate to be released earlier in the year. I thought they were talking about releasing him earlier in the year.

And so Frank Vitano was something that you didn't draft.

He was an undrafted free agent.

He had a hell of a chance to make the team last year and into this year.

I mean, he missed his window.

There's a kid that he scored 36 goals in his first 36 HL games. The HL super star, 36 goals and 36 games. This is like Cam Neely, 50 goals and 38 games? Like, he did that in the HL. And so he comes to the Bruins last year, and this is before, like, DeBrusca is ready, and Heinen is really ready, and Bjork, and all these kids are coming. So there's a window there for Votrano to make the team and to make an impact, and he can't do it. He's just not, he's a 4-8 player. And he's basically on the ninth floor all season long. So an undrafted guy who can't crack your lineup, and really has no future here because of all the kids that you've drafted who are coming up.

And you get a high third round pick for that.

I don't know what they're smoking down in Florida. Huge mistake. It was just like, I told you, from the Bruin standpoint, just lay out the week for them. Okay? They picked up the defensemen from the Rangers for a third and for Ogarra. Now they just traded Vitrano for a third that is 20 spots higher. So effectively they traded the two. They traded Vitrano and O'Gara for Holden and moved up 20 spots in the third round. Steel. Now, I don't know Holden's game all that well, but you know what? I don't care.

What I know is that the other guys weren't playing here. They weren't making any contribution. And the Bruins have plenty of young guys in their system. So I look at it and say, steal, you came out way ahead there. Third round pick for that. I don't know how they did that. And again, it's a small thing, but I'm just, it's just refreshing to be on that end of it versus these things they've done the last couple of years where they're sending out second round picks for things named Lee Stepniak. Somebody in Florida loves him some Frank Petron. Wow. So it also shows the windows open and the Bruins are, you know, they're invested here at the deadline. It's not they, you know, they haven't made the blackbuster yet, although Pierre LeBron says they're still in on McDonough. The Rangers have to come off their, they don't want to, Bruins don't want to deal anything off the NHL roster. So that means no DeBrusk, no Han, no Carlo. But the next guy's ready to come up. Would they give up Bjork then? I don't know. Bjork was just shut down today, by the way, which is too bad.

I like that kid.

I thought he still had a chance to come here and make an impact, but he's done for the year.

Shoulder surgery. So they just shut him down. But either way. I just, you know, that they made that hold and move. and then they made the subsequent Vatrono move.

They replenish that third round or even moving up to the top of the round.

Like, so the windows open.

I think they're investing at the deadline, and we'll see. You know, there's, I still think there's a chance for something substantial here. I mean, Florida right now has the eighth pick. Okay, eighth pick of each round. So you're telling me that the Bruins wouldn't have taken a fourth for Vitrano?

A high fourth?

They might have taken a high fifth for Bertrano. I thought they were going to have to release him here coming up for nothing. That's why I thought it was his ultimate fate. Andy's been hurt. He's been hurt. He can't make the lineup. He can't score it. The H.L. He scores a goal of game. Up here?

He shoots from places that you can't score at anymore. This isn't like Mike Bossy in the 70s with a slap shot outside the face-off circle.
