Doing all right. So actually we're just reading your latest article about Oakland

and I hadn't thought about it that much, but you kind of rip into the owner of the A's.

They've had games, by the way, and you point this out in the article, less than 3,000 fans

in the stands. Yeah, more times in May. But I mean, they're 12 and 46. As you point out

in the article, you still have the Raiders. Pretty soon, the A's are going to be gone.

They're just going to have an empty stadium there. Empty stadium, empty

stadium right next door, because the Warriors moved to downtown San Francisco four years

ago. And I've been to Oakland a lot over the years, mostly for baseball, but also on

occasion for football and basketball. And you just mentioned Jason, they're 12 and 46.

Well, the reason they're 12 and 46 is because the owner has done a complete fell off of all,

yeah, John Fisher of all their players. And it's understandable that they're 12 and 46.

And it's just as understandable that people don't want to come to the ballpark to watch a team

that's 12 and 46. And you know, Mark Davis was determined to follow in his father's footsteps

and get someone to build him a palace. And he got it built in Vegas. And now they're going
