Well, he's got, so it's all it but yes i'm jealous already well he's got

so on it's all his patio it seems and he's got a cold plunge an infrared sauna and does he have a

hot tub too out there i don't know i don't know we were talking about the um the uh the cold plunge

yesterday actually because i was cold plunging so much right yeah it was every day I wouldn't

miss today sure and it was 42 degrees it was in my gym yeah and I would get in there I tried to

stay in there the longest I stayed in there was seven minutes and at that at that degree really

you need a minute or two and you're good to go.
