who is the founder of Talking Shrimp, co-creator of the Copicure, and author of Tough Titties,

which just made me laugh, and living your best life when you're the effing worse.

Well, I think that's genius because we've all been there. And that's why I absolutely love what you do.

I wanted to talk about sort of embracing all of our worst times. And actually, those worst times,

so many times, do lead to our best times, which is what I pretty much think your books are about.

or just when we are the effing worst for the subtitle is key because that is what...

I mean, I have found that all my not supposed to behavior and episodes in my life and phases in my life

have led me right to where I'm supposed to be. And I think that's true for many of us,

who would, even those of us who would rather bury those times in our life or those stages

or mistakes that we made, that we consider failures or big looming gaps,

I think that they all add up to the best life possible.

I am totally behind you because I, you know, I mean, I've been in the public eye probably in the UK

since I was about 16, 17, so most of my gaps were public. And, you know, I've been married,
