I'm Amy.

And I'm Kat.

And feeling of the day is annoyed because the question is, I mean, is there anyone we can trust anymore? And if so, how do we know we can

trust them? Because I already feel like I've had to let go of Jay Shetty and now Mel Robbins.

So I need to know who we can trust. Yeah. And I'm glad you're asking that

question because you know what today is. The Mel Robbins deep dive. It's our first official deep dive.

So this is something we'll do from time to time. I'll do it with you and then you'll do it with

me and we'll take turns teaching each other something and it can be about a person, a thing in pop culture, just a random idea we want to learn about. And we're starting with Mel Robbins and her let them theory. And you are the teacher. And I'm the teacher. I am the student. You are the student? And I was the biggest Mel Robbins fan.

And not saying that I'm not in general, I still follow.
