Hey guys, welcome back to Thick and Thin with me Katie Bilotti and okay so on tonight's

episode this is actually a topic we're covering a topic tonight that I'm actually

I'm really shocked that I've never done a full episode really talking about

this feeling this you know epidemic you know this experience this just this overall just overwhelming this because body image, insecurity has been something that has plagued me

since the beginning of time,

since the beginning of time.

And I'm gonna dive on into just like where it began

and all that stuff, but I just wanted to say,

like, I mean, mean I it's something that I

struggle with okay I struggle with it every single day and so many of us do and I

know and I know it's kind of a cliche topic at this point because everyone, you know, struggles with body image and whatnot.

But I truly think that, you know, me not talking about it, me not making an episode about it has been kind of just this weird

coping mechanism or this weird thing I've been doing to kind of you know convince

myself that it isn't something that's bothering me you know we always do this we have this way of

you know fight or flight and I always choose flight when it comes to body

insecurity I'm like oh I just I'm just gonna not acknowledge it not going

to talk about it not going to confirm that it's something I struggle with and therefore

that leaves a huge gap in the narrative, you know, in the overall narrative of my life.

You know, I live in New York, I'm, you know, looking at other people constantly every day for

inspiration for the podcast, but I'm also looking at people because I'm freaking jealous of them.

And I look at them, I mean, honestly, guys, honestly guys like I it's been something where I've

been trying to find a topic for this week's episode you know you know having all these
