topic. We have a great topic for all of you today. And it is basically around motivation, not just

being motivated now and then, but how to stay motivated on a, well, not motivated

in the traditional sense that you're bouncing off the walls, but motivated in the sense that

you're always moving your goals, you're always moving closer to your goals on a regular

basis, opposed to just sporadically, which so many of us fall prey to.
