| 0:18.8 | another feel-good Friday episode. In today's episode we're going to talk about a topic that I think a lot of people struggle with and that is making friends as an adult. |
| 0:32.0 | This is definitely something that I have had my fair share of challenges |
| 0:36.4 | with over the years, but I can say that personally over the past year or so I have connected with some incredible |

| 1:50.3 | friends and you spent a lot of time around each other. That's not to say that you |
| 1:54.0 | didn't form strong wonderful bonds, but largely when you're young proximity is |
| 1:59.7 | kind of the name of the game when it comes to making friends. |
