them a pre-ground pellet mix instead of letting the hens get their food the natural way? Well,

you can let them get their food the natural way.

The natural way being scratching, just foraging, right? And that's a great way. Our chickens actually

do that. Depending on your environment and in most environments, they're probably not going to get the

protein they need to produce the amount of eggs that you want. Now, that's going to depend on your
