Antonio Dodge and today we're talking about feedback getting feedback in the world

and and getting uh... I guess response from the world in a way.

What do we mean by feedback?

What are we talking about?

I know what we're talking about, but our audience does it yet.

Yeah, so, okay, so let me use an example of what we mean by feedback.

Certainly.

So we know a business owner who, through just determination and strength of will built a business from the

ground up took about 30 years to get to where he's at now and he's about a half a

million dollar a year company yeah I'd say about half a million dollars a year

so for 30 years that's not fantastic but it's not bad.

And it's a non-profit, so it doesn't really

need to be highly profitable.

That said, this person didn't take any business courses.

They never ran a business before.

They had never been in the business world.

This is the only business they've ever done.

And so they brought it up to a pretty, you know, respectable point considering how much they didn't know about business.

That said, their business has outgrown their skill.

They're at a place right now where they're really not sure if on their It's just beyond their current skill level and one of the reasons why is they were very

hands on the entire building process. Like when they built this business the entire time,
