How fast is too fast? How slow is too slow?

Here we go. When we coach or train managers aren't feedback and you you absolutely know this to be true. One of the most frequent

questions we get is when to get feedback right? Yeah. When to give it? How

soon is too soon? Is there a point at which a manager has waited too long?

Or can I give feedback right away if there are others around, right?

Yeah, yeah.

It's supposed to be not in public.

Should I wait and give a bunch at the same time?

Should I wait till my one-on-one you know here's

Yeah the secret win there are two secret themes of the win one is whatever answer you're going to give me I'm going to tell you why it won't work and the second answer is can I give immediate negative feedback right now? Can I call my directs, line them up and spend 15 minutes giving a bunch of negative feedback from the conference

or from my desk.

Exactly.
