Today's show, feedback and the shot across the bow. Oh, Hi everyone this is Mike and welcome back to manager tools.

In today's show we share what effective managers do when a direct

disagrees with the feedback you give them. Before I go on to explain this show

a little bit more detail, I did want to make mention that we've rolled out

Now as much as many of the managers are community

love how much more effective our tools, particularly the Trinity,

make them, it does seem that every once in a while something goes awry in the perfect manager land

a meeting still gets hijacked even with the parking lot a struggling direct

still fails even with late stage coaching so So what do you do when a direct

disagrees with your feedback? Hmm. Well we think that many newer managers and

particularly those managers who are rookies with feedback model are stunned into a kind of affronted mutinous.

How dare she argue?
