Collections resumed Monday for millions of student loan borrowers in default.

For the last five years, collections on defaulted loans were paused

as part of a 2020 pandemic-era policy. It was extended multiple times under the remainder of Trump's

first term and during the Biden administration. The Department of Education is now resumed collection

of those loans. Over five million borrowers are in default, meaning their loan is at least 270 days past due.

The collection of that debt may mean the government starts dipping into paychecks, tax refunds,

and Social Security benefits. The average federal student loan borrower owes over $38,000,

according to the Education Data Initiative. And for some borrowers who haven't seen a student

loan bills since 2020, the idea of repaying those loans isn't sitting well. I'm just going to put it

out there. I have no desire to pay these anymore. I'm done. I can't any of these loans. You know,

I don't have any kind of job where they could take it out of my earnings. Let them come fight me.

I am done caring about this administration and their non-sent attack on Americans.

Student loans were predatory from the beginning.

Screw them.

I ain't paying no loans anymore.
