| 0:19.8 | And of course, it was followed up by a Powell press conference. |
| 0:23.7 | In the last three days, the NASDAQ composite is down by just under four and a half percent. |
| 0:29.8 | S&P 500 down almost two and a half percent. |
| 0:34.2 | Dow Jones holding up better down about one percent, clearly what was weighing down the S&P |

| 1:34.9 | a commitment that solid, right, to leave rates for so low for so long. |
| 1:41.5 | But I'm not the only one that's saying that this wasn't enough. |
| 1:45.2 | I mean, even Neil Cash Carrey came out today. |
| 1:47.6 | I was reading an article he wrote and he says that the Fed's commitment not to raise |
| 1:53.2 | rates wasn't strong enough. |
