So on last week's episode of The Paracast, Chris wasn't around because he had a 10-day flu virus.

And now I don't know what's happened here because I live, you know, a couple of hours away from Chris.

But now I have my flu virus in its third day.

I don't think I had the flu gene. I actually had

like a bronchitis. I was all achy, but my stomach was fine. But I'm back in the saddle now,

so we'll kind of take charge today and kind of let you off the hook. We don't want to interrupt

your 10-year weekly streak of being on as the host of the

paracast without missing a single show, which is an amazing record. Well, I'll just sort of hang out here
