Okay, let's read the Gospels. The Gospels are the first four books of the New Testament in the Bible,

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These are the stories of Jesus Christ life on Earth, the

friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles. Here's how this is going to work.

I'm going to read one chapter to you today.

You can listen or read along in your own Bible.

And then I'll mention the verse or idea that stood out to me

and then I'll pray and that's it.

So today it's February 26th and I'll be reading Matthew 20 from the new international version.

Matthew 20 for the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his

vineyard. He agreed to pay them a denarious for the day and sent them into his vineyard.

About nine in the morning he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace

doing nothing. He told them, you also go and work in my vineyard and I will pay you whatever is right.

So they went. He went out again about noon and about three in the afternoon and did the same thing.
