Well, hello y'all, I'm Dennis Prager and about twice a year. I think is that about right twice a

year? I would say I have this one of the most knowledgeable people in my opinion in the world

Well, I'm in Texas. Have you been freezing?

Well, your foot. It's warm now. We went through four or five days. That was just terrible.

And then it turned around since Texas said it's going to be the 70s today.

Huh. In a nutshell, I know this is not what you expected me to ask you about. It's not an

international affair, but I'm curious. Do you have a theory as to why Texas was so unprepared?

Well, it costs a lot to be totally prepared. Okay. And for the most part, you're spending it on

something that's not going to happen. And this was way out of bounds of whatever happened before

that we had experienced. And so you don't spend the money. And then it comes and it overwhelms you.

And everybody says you eat, why didn't you spend the money? And the answer is because you would

raise your bills by 20% and you wouldn't know what of that. So it really becomes, you know,

are you going to take risks in this world? You take risks. This one, the electric companies in Texas lost.

So you don't think it has anything to do with green power and the lack of use of oil?

Well, everybody is jumping on this for a political advantage. Okay. It has some new green power.
