Her name's Rhonda Rousey, Ultimate Fighting, MMA, whatever.

She'd lost not long ago.

She was celebrated for being this unbeatable woman.

You probably know who she is.

Maybe you don't.

But she admitted that when she lost recently, she was suicidal afterward.

And the quote, let me find a quote from the interview she did about this.

She said, honestly, my thought in the medical room, so this is after the fight, I was sitting

in the corner and was like, what am I anymore if I'm not this, meaning undefeated, you know,

champion of the world?

She said, I was literally sitting there thinking about killing myself.

In that exact second, I'm like, I'm nothing.

What do I do anymore?

Nobody cares about me anymore without this.

It's so interesting because we talk about this on the show a lot. Like, if I get my self-esteem

from something and then it's gone, I'm crushed. This is exactly what happened to Rhonda. That was her

thing. I'm the champion. I'm unbeatable.

People celebrate me, but she didn't get her self-esteem from anything else. It's gone.
