We'll begin with Biden's strongest criticism of Israel's behavior in Gaza, calling the actions

of the IDF over the top, as Netanyahu doubles down in defiance of the U.S. President by calling

for an evacuation of Rafa, the crowded last refuge for Gazans in the South.

Joining us from a demonstration in front of military headquarters in Tel Aviv is Avramberg,

the son of Holocaust survivors who has been active in Israeli politics as a leader of the Israeli Labour Party and the One Israel Party.

He was Speaker of the Knesset from 1999 to

2003 and is the author of the Holocaust is over, we must rise from its ashes, and the chairman

of Malad, the Center for Renewal of Democracy. Then we will assess the Supreme Court's oral arguments

in the Colorado case that removes Donald Trump from the primary ballot,

in which the right-wing majority of justices went out of their way to avoid talking about insurrection

in a case that was all about the January 6th insurrection and the insurrection clause in the 14th Amendment.

Joining us is Dennis Aftergat, a former federal prosecutor and chief assistant city attorney in San Francisco,

who has won cases of significance in the United States Supreme Court and the California Supreme Court.

He currently serves as counsel to lawyers defending American democracy,

and we'll discuss his article at Slate.

The special counsel's Biden comments were a political hit job.

Then finally, we'll examine the political ramifications of the special counsel's gratuitous partisan swipe at Biden over his age and memory,

which is sure to be the centerpiece of the Republican 2024 campaign, which will also bring the focus onto Vice President Kamala Harris as the

next president should Biden win in November. Joining us is Chris Whipple, a multiple Peabody

and Emmy Award winning producer at CBS's 60 Minutes and ABC's Prime Time.
