Today we're covering the murder of Cora Crippin, the wife of homeopathic Dr Holly Crippin.

Let's go back to London, England in the early hours of February 1st, 1910.

47 year old Dr. Holly Harvey Crippin

was more than ready for his guests to leave. The dinner

party he and his wife had hosted for their friends, the Martinetti's, was winding down

on a sour note.

Though it was mostly a festive evening at their 39 Hilldrop crescent address in London,

the strain of the Crippin's broken marriage had poked through as the night near to close.

Paul Martinetti's simple inquiry of where the bathroom was launched Cora and Holly into a fierce

bickering spat.

Cora always found something to berate her husband about, and his failure to escort Paul to

the restroom was no different.
