My name is Andy and it's good to be recording again after what's been about a week or so

delay for me. You might not have noticed

depending on when you listen to the podcast, but due to some illness in the house and you know

three young kids and that kind of goes around in a cycle, I've had to have a little bit of a break so there's been no

shows out earlier in the week when I would have liked so what I've put together for
