Yeah, that's right. Peter DeFazio, the chairman of the Transportation Infrastructure Committee,

told us yesterday that he's going to do earmarks in a large-scale highway and infrastructure package

this spring. That's big news, as you noted, because it changes the way business gets done.

And the infrastructure bill, the highway bill, is a big, it's fertile ground for earmarking
