Since this is Thanksgiving for me, I'd like to use this episode as an opportunity to share its sentiment, or at least a way that we can hold and embody the sentiment of Thanksgiving. We'll get to that shortly, but first

and even reflecting on everything you can be grateful for in your life.

but something about it just felt surface to me.

And we all sort of understand the importance of gratitude on some level or at least that kind of

gratitude where we focus on what is good. So in my wrestling with how to talk
