Today's training is fear is a time traveler.

We need to master the present to eliminate fear and understanding the elimination of fear

is never going to occur.

We want to understand our reaction to that fear and understand the difference between reaction and response,

which is a subsequent disposition to fear itself and the reaction to it.

Fear is misunderstood because it's put into a variance that is not consistent or constant.

That is why I apply everything to the only constant in the human experience.

The human experience itself is defined by time.

It is the amount of time between when your heart starts until your heart stops.

That is the human experience.

Fear has no other variant or dependent variable to utilize other than time because it travels

in its linear time frame, but it's infinite in its nature, as I suggest, when people talk about

eliminating it instead of reacting and responding to it. And so I want to explore today how we can

stay present and react and respond to fear in the most efficient, effective way, according to the

dependent variable of the human experience, which is time.

Fear is one of the most common and most costly forms of interference in our human experience,

our lives.

It disguises itself with logic and analysis, preparation, and protection,

but at its core, fear is a distortion,

dis-ease of the truth. It's an interference of the potential or the truth that we live in.

And most of the time it is not even real. Fear itself is an illusion or a perception, but it's a time traveler, just like anything else

in the human experience, would have to be a time traveler, and it pulls us into our past
