As President Donald Trump weighs the U.S.'s options on the sixth day of the Israel-Iran

conflict, Iranians are fleeing the capital of Tehran.

CNN's Clarissa Ward says residents have described feeling an all-consuming fear and panic.

There have been scenes that we've seen on social media, thousands and thousands of cars

trying to get out of Tehran, particularly after President Trump delivered this kind of ominous

warning that everybody should get out of Tehran.

I spoke to one woman who's now in northern Iran, hunkered down there, waiting to see what happens.

And a lot of the people who've reached out to me from Iran say that they feel like they're

kind of trapped in the middle here.

The ones that have reached out to me do not support the Iranian regime, but they also do not

support Israel, and they certainly do not support
